Final Registration and Hotel Booking

Dear Participants,
Please note that before you proceed here with the Final Registration and Hotel Booking, you should first Pre-Register and Submit your Abstract on the Abstract Submission page. You will receive the confirmation from Organizers about your Pre-Registration and Abstract Submission via email.

Have you already pre-registered, submitted your abstract and received the notification from Organizers? Congratulations! You may now proceed with the final Registration and Hotel Booking. Depending on your situation, please follow the instructions for:
1. Regular Participants,
2. COST Supported Participants, or
3. Accompanying Persons

1. Regular Participants

Regular Participants who have received the acceptance letter of their abstract are considered as registered upon payment of the registration fee.

Conference Registration Fee for Regular Participants is:

The fee includes: full board hotel accomondation (3 nights), abstract and programme book, session attendance, conference service and coffee breaks, welcome drink and conference dinner.

The registration fee payment will be handled by SFP.

Please note that the Conference Organizers will take care of the Hotel Reservation for registerd participants only.

2. COST Supported Participants

COST Supported Participants who have received the acceptance letter of their abstract are considered as registered upon payment of the registration fee.

N.B. COST Supported Participants will be reimbursed later, after the conference, by the COST Action MP1201. Eligible participants will receive an email with all the instructions from grant holder (Roger Wordenweber).
